Facility
Our state of the art manufacturing facility in Phoenix, Arizona was specifically designed for our operations and occupies 65,000 square feet. We meet or exceed all state and federal compliance requirements.
Manufacturing Process
All of our products are inspected from raw goods to finished products. Manufactured to exact standards and undergo multiple inspections throughout the manufacturing process, including AS9100 First Article Inspections.
Internal Design
Our in-house production graphics team can work with your engineers and designers to bring your custom projects to life. Our team is familiar with a variety of engineering and design files including those from AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
Industry Qualifications
We understand the importance of product identification and standards, and our quality assurance team can provide appropriate documentation for your needs. We provide Certificates of Compliance (CoCs) to several of our customers in aerospace, defense, medical, military, transportation, or construction industries. Our certificates play critical roles in validating compliance to standards of the DOD, ADA, Military UID, and ISO.

Screen Printing

Utilizing automated and manual processes, PMA PHOTOMETALS can provide professional paint finishing to your project to meet your specifications.
Anodization
Anodizing increases resistance to corrosion and wear, and provides better adhesion for paint primers and glues than bare metal. Most commonly applied to protect aluminum parts, PMA PHOTOMETALS can provide anodization services as part of your project or on a stand alone basis.
Passivation
Passivation is widely-used metal finishing process to prevent corrosion. The chemical treatment leads to a protective oxide layer, or passivation film, that is less likely to chemically react with air and cause corrosion. PMA PHOTOMETALS can provide passivation services for your project or on a stand alone basis.
Packaging Services
PMA PHOTOMETALS provides consumer and industrial packaging services for a number of its customers – both in large quantities and small production runs. We are well equipped to produce your packaging in-house or utilize your packaging from another supplier – either way we can provide you with professional packaging services if you require retail-ready packaging.
