For the SMT industry, stencils are produced by PCM, Laser (cutting) and PEF, each having its own advantages.
The most cost-effective is PCM, followed by Laser. The most expensive process is PEF. Best paste release from the aperture walls is by PEF, followed by Laser and then PCM.
